Acceptable stay, but some issues surfaced
the location was convenient allowing easy access to various attractions and transport links in the area
the room i was assigned felt quite small for the price i paid the space was limited making it difficult to properly settle in with my belongings it affected my overall comfort

The breakfast was superb (i liked the fresh juice!). The staff was attentive. They offered helpful advice and promptly addressed my needs. The location is great. It's close to several museums. The rooms feature generously sized spaces and beautiful bathrooms. I appreciated the robes and slippers provided. The pool area is a great touch.
The gym equipment was a bit outdated. (it could benefit from an upgrade).

Excellent Stay, Great Location and Comfortable Rooms
helpful staff rooftop restaurant comfortable beds
The staff assisted as needed and I appreciated that. The rooftop restaurant and chill out area were great after a day out. The beds were amazing and the comfiest I have ever slept in. Pillows were perfect.
The steam room did not work and the pool was small and inside. The spa had no availability.

a satisfying hotel experience
helpful staff greek products complimentary wine comfortable bed
the location was convenient near shops and the staff was helpful. the breakfast buffet included many greek products. i received a complimentary bottle of wine and a fruit salad for my birthday it was a nice gesture. the coco-mat beds provided a comfortable sleep and the shower was the best i experienced.
i found the room a bit small with not much storage space. getting to the room using the single lift was sometimes inconvenient. there was also a faint smell in the building perhaps due to the water feature.

friendly staff complimentary water convenient service
the staff was friendly. the room included complimentary still and sparkling water upon arrival. i found that very convenient as i did not have to call someone. they also held my bags without issues (which was very helpful).
the breakfast selection was somewhat limited.
